What is CyberHubs? 

The European Network of Cybersecurity Skills Hubs (CyberHubs) is a 3-year project aiming to enhance the cybersecurity professional skills ecosystem in Europe.  

CyberHubs has established a sustainable network of seven Cybersecurity Skills Hubs in Belgium, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia, and Spain. These hubs promote the development of professional skills in cybersecurity and support the development of a skilled cybersecurity workforce in the short, medium and long term. 

In the context of this project, CyberHubs is partnering with 28Digital to offer the (d)Academy platform to learners, professionals, employers and education providers in the cybersecurity sector. 

What is (d)Academy? 

(d)Academy is a skills-first talent platform that connects your company with emerging digital and Cybersecurity talent across Europe. It bridges the gap between learning and hiring by matching you with candidates trained in today’s most in-demand skills- ensuring a fast, fair, and future-ready recruitment process. 

How It Works: 

1.Express Your Interest 

Start by filling out a short form with your company and contact details. A representative from 28Digital will contact you to guide the next steps and onboard you to the platform. 

2. Submit Your Open Job Positions 

Once onboarded, you’ll enter your vacancies into the platform. An AI-powered skill extractor will automatically identify the hard and soft skills from each job description, which will guide the matching process. 

3. Get Matched with Job-Ready Talent 

Using a skills-first algorithm, the platform identifies candidates with the right capabilities for your role. You’ll receive anonymised profiles that highlight actual skills and fit. 

4. Engage the Right Candidates 

Once a candidate accepts your invitation, you can access their full profile and begin direct communication through the platform’s built-in messaging tool.
