What is (d)Academy? 

(d)Academy is a personalised learning designed to empower you with the in-demand skills needed for today’s and tomorrow’s job market. By comparing the skills you already have with those required for your desired job, the platform recommends tailored courses to help you close the gap and grow with purpose. Once your profile is complete, you can be matched with job opportunities that align with your skills through a platform that ensures a fair, skills-first hiring process. 

What is CyberHubs? 

CyberHubs is a European project working to strengthen the cybersecurity talent pipeline across seven countries in Europe: Belgium, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia, and Spain. CyberHubs has partnered with EIT Digital to offer their (d)Academy platform, connecting learners, professionals, employers, and education providers in the cybersecurity sector. 

How to onboard the Platform: 

1. Register and build your Skills Passport 

Visit the LINK to create your account. Once inside, you’ll start building your Digital Skills Passport, a profile that captures your education, work experience, language skills, career preferences, and more. You can upload your CV to autofill the sections or complete it manually through a guided process. This passport is the foundation of your journey on the platform. 

2. Define your career goal 

Choose a desired job title that aligns with your aspirations. The platform will analyse your current profile against the skills typically required for that role, identifying what you already have and what you still need to learn; this is your skills gap. 

3. Get personalised learning recommendations 

Based on the skills gap analysis, you’ll receive a curated list of training opportunities that match your learning needs. You can filter these by delivery format (online, on-site, hybrid), duration, cost, and language so you only see what’s truly relevant to you. 

4. Get matched with jobs

Once your Skills Passport is complete and you make your profile visible, you’ll start receiving job matches based on your actual skills. Employers will only see anonymised data in the first stage, ensuring a fair, bias-free recruitment process.
