In this report, CyberHub Greece aims to identify the mismatch between supply and demand in cybersecurity skills in Greece and to provide a comprehensive overview of the cybersecurity skills ecosystem, highlighting its unique opportunities and challenges.
The findings reveal a high demand for key cybersecurity roles, including Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Incident Response Handler, and Cybersecurity Implementer. Essential skills identified include software security, risk management, and incident response capabilities. These results underscore the need for targeted educational initiatives and training programmes that align with industry requirements, ensuring that the workforce is adequately prepared to tackle emerging cybersecurity challenges.
